I sincerely wish that trust pilot allowed us to post screenshots. I have received your email it is amazing to me that per your email you have already closed my account and labeled it as solved which is not true since I haven't received any money. I won over $5,000 and they do not want to pay.

I sent my driver's license and everything that they have asked for and still nothing. I have said screenshots and previous winnings that were processed with the same information.

It has now been months and I haven't received anything I have sent several complaints to customer service and nothing has been done. I have played chumba for years and have never had a problem receiving my winnings.
